crate's legal + policy documents. All are DRAFT pending legal review — a starting set grounded in how the service actually works, to be finalized by counsel before paying customers are onboarded.

• Terms of Service — the API customer agreement.
• Privacy Policy — how we handle your personal data (account, billing, usage). Note: the base product uses no AI; the optional NL-search + wayfind features use Anthropic Claude and are covered separately.
• Sub-processors — the third parties we use (AWS, Stripe, Amazon SES, and Anthropic for the opt-in AI features only).
• Data Processing Addendum — auto-incorporated for customers whose use involves EEA/UK personal data; an executed copy is available on request.
• Legal changelog — dated record of every material change to these documents.
